Our Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our clinical time is in high demand, if you need to cancel your appointment with us please let us know as soon as possible. Short notice cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) will incur a charge of up to 50% of the fee assigned to that appointment.

If you have a Monday appointment you must cancel your appointment by 4pm on the Friday before to allow us time to offer your appointment to someone else. Monday appointments cancelled after this point will also incur a charge. Failure to attend your appointment without notifying us will incur a charge of upto 100% of the fee assigned to that appointment.
